Glove size depends on your weight and training type. Here's a quick guide:

• 8oz–10oz: Competition or light bag work
• 12oz: General training
• 14oz–16oz: Sparring or heavy bag work
  

For MMA gloves, most adults use Regular (S/M) or Large (L/XL) based on hand size. Always check our Size Chart for detailed guidance.

Yes. Hand wraps protect the small bones in your hands and wrists. We recommend using hand wraps under all gloves—boxing, MMA, and even bag gloves—for maximum protection and support.

• Sparring Gloves: More padding to protect your partner during practice.
• Bag Gloves: Built for durability and repeated impact on heavy bags.

It depends on your activity:

• MMA/No-Gi: Lightweight, slip-on shin guards.
• Muay Thai/Kickboxing: Full-protection shin guards with straps.

Fit should be snug, not tight, and cover from just below the knee to the ankle.

• Wipe them down with a dry or slightly damp cloth after each session.
• Use glove deodorizers to reduce moisture and odor.
• Avoid machine washing or soaking.
• Air dry—never use direct sunlight or heat.

We also recommend using disinfectant spray weekly to kill bacteria and prolong gear life.

• Boil & Bite Mouth Guard: Molded to your teeth after softening in hot water for a custom fit and better comfort.
• Standard Mouth Guard: Ready to use but may not offer perfect fit.
